These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern the relationship between cdd44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who registers for or uses the services available at cdd44.bet. The Platform provides online sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash game services. These Terms apply to all access and use of the cdd44 website and its associated features, whether via mobile browser, tablet, or any other device.

By creating an account or using any feature of the cdd44 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. The cdd44 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during Platform use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cdd44 strictly enforces this minimum age and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded from cdd44 or self-excluded from the Platform under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a cdd44 employee in a role that may create a conflict of interest.

cdd44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. If a User is found to be ineligible, cdd44 may suspend the account, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

To access betting, casino, and withdrawal features on cdd44, a registered account is required. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. cdd44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that offer's individual terms.
• A player is only eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are subject to reload or ongoing promotion terms only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.

All betting and gaming activity on cdd44 is governed by the following general rules. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are determined by the relevant game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and are available within each game's interface.

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. cdd44 does not offer a bet cancellation window unless stated otherwise in specific event terms.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds being displayed, cdd44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cdd44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential permanent exclusion:

• Operating, registering, or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit any promotional offer.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human process to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.

• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of a bet in coordination with others.

cdd44 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review without prior notice. During any review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

cdd44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested, or submission of fraudulent verification documents.
• Evidence of fraudulent deposits, chargeback requests against a cdd44 transaction, or any conduct suggesting financial fraud.
• A player's own request to close their account, including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where account closure results from confirmed misconduct or fraud, balances may be forfeited in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cdd44 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, incorrect odds displayed in error, or interrupted connectivity.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if cdd44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond cdd44's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, or third-party data centre incidents.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cdd44's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cdd44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cdd44 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on cdd44.bet prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the cdd44 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
